Brilliant concept but poor customer service. I was excited to receive this as a gift as I love reading. When my first book arrived there was some damage to the top of the book. I complained and sent photos. In the reply I was told that the damage was minimal, it happened in transit and was not as bad as I had detailed. In fact, I had not detailed the amount of damage just that the book was damaged. They are forwarding another book but there was no apology or responsibility taken. Disappointed, hoping things wil improve next month.
