Appalling customer service! Renewed a gift subscription for family member, wasn’t made aware of the correct price so as such lovemyread took extra money than anticipated, an upon querying this and trying to cancel membership they refused to respond to emails. Sent numerous emails and messages via all social media and wouldn’t acknowledge or respond to any. Decent concept, overpriced however and awful customer service
