Absolutely appalling customer service. They have taken £52 from my bank account and I had cancelled subscriptions. I haven’t received anything from them and cannot get a response from their customer service other than one email saying they couldn’t see where the problem is. Currently I have no idea how I’m going to get my money back from them as no telephone number and no other way to contact. Total disregard for customers and at worst fraudulent.
