Signing up was a breeze, supported all the way through by a very friendly and professional team of people. All pre-sign-up questions were answered honestly and comprehensively and even provided in writing which puts you at ease when entering contractual agreements. The online portal has a modern and intuitive UI which tells you when letters have been received and your account overview, this being useful to trace how you're spending your balance for mail forwarding (collection is free obviously).
