Quality items, good service however the packaging on our order of Samsonite suitcases was battered and torn, particularly where the roller feet had come through the cardboard. The cases appear to be undamaged but as this order is a wedding gift, it was more than a little disappointing to receive the order in this condition. I have repaired the box as well as I can.
