Booked 2 houses in April for a business trip, one house was littered in syringes and filthy, the other had not been cleaned, rubbish and mold every where. We contacted Luke stays immediately as we could not use the accommodation one replacement was offered, this house was just as dirty as the others, food everywhere, personal belongings all over the house, it looked like someone was staying there so we left. Contacted Luke stays again they said they were sorry, we requested a refund at this point they said that would not be a problem, now in December we are still waiting for this refund. The person who is responsible for refunds at the company has been unavailable since April to come to the phone, anyone else who answers either can not help or says the payment will be made by the end of the week. We book hundreds of accommodations a year, no company has ever been as bad or dishonest as Luke stays. Avoid!
