This company is being investigated by the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau under: British Government Fraud Act 2006 chapter 35: "(a)section 2 - fraud by false representation" for fraudulently overcharging me/ my company for cleaning services, sundries & resolution charges with evidenced discrepancies being invoices from the cleaning company employed by Luke stays vs. Luke stay's client monthly breakdowns. I have requested evidence and they have not provided to the contrary therefore are at a minimum: in violation of the British Fraud Act 2006 chapter 35: "(b)section 3 - fraud by failing to disclose information" This is only 1 item amongst many they are due to be investigated for while 'managing' my properties which has resulted in a substantial loss every month under their management Yet they did the 'professional' checks prior to taking on the management of this property.
