Fantastic quality, beautiful floor, the best customer service I’ve ever received. I ordered duchess bora oak flooring for my kitchen diner and my playroom. The floor fitter said it was really sturdy and went down well. The finish is fantastic and it’s the most beautiful colour. It’s the most natural oak looking floor I could find and doesn’t look orange (yay) I searched high and low for the right flooring and then came across lumberking. I’m so pleased I did as Dan has been absolutely fantastic!!!! They sent our 3 samples very quickly and then I ordered the flooring. It was sent when I needed it with no issues! Communication with Dan has honestly been second to none which has been great as I’ve been doing a while house renovation (which has been hard). Sooo many people have asked me where I got my floor from as it’s just so beautiful!! Pictures don’t do it justice. I love it so much that I’ve now purchased the plank version of this flooring for 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Thank you so so much for a beautiful product at a fantastic price with wonderful customer service. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else for any flooring like this now! Thank you ☺️
