This is over 2years NOW since they have blocked my account from trading/withdraw and not yet return my funds. Luno is a REAL SCAMMER ..I have sent all the photo ID and all the documents for verification to approve. I just wanted to withdrawn my funds $300+ back but their last response was on 29th December 2024 stating that the final review is permanently closed the account but they would give me until 3rd Jan 2025, and put on temporarily for me to access my funds. But it did not work it said Sorry for the interruption CONTACT US!!!..WHO DO YOU WANT ME TO CONTACT WHEN NO ONE EVER RESPONSE AGAIN ..they still not yet unblocked my account. I kept trying email to them but they were so coward and hiding. Today I have checked my Luno account again but they've already closed my account and I wouldnt be able to sign in again. They dont even notify me. SO LUNO is a Real Hijack that REALLY WANT TO STEAL CUSTOMER MONEY.. LUNO IS A DISGUSTING COMPANY EVER ALSO WITH THOSE LUNO TEAM WHO WERE UNABLE TO SOLVE ANYTHING BUT CLOSED ACCOUNT ANYONE INSTEAD JUST TOO COWARD I COULD GIVE RATING AS -100 NOT EVEN 1 I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE LUNO ..DONT EVEN BOTHER TO TRY THANKS FOR HELPING NOTHING AND SCAM CUSTOMERs' MONEY
