Finally opted for a 5star rating due to the exceptional customer service, (thank you, Heather), after grumbling about the time taken for my order to arrive. Stock item despatch is prompt; a bespoke item went to the wire of expected delivery time. Goods are well packaged and the actual items received are top class. Our daughter is very satisfied with her birthday presents.
