My car insurance went up £230 on an email which auto renewed it.
I called to ask why, given the ridiculous low mileage, no claims, no new penalty points, 7 years ncb. The member of staff told me it was company policy to not disclose the reason for the increase. Nor did they want to discuss my renewal. Really, well, that's very helpful by LV. Take it...or leave it.
Which is exactly what I have done.
