Do not buy from them they may cheat you I have been an happy customer 
Since 2016. I Always speak good off Madcow’s Products to the car people i know. 

Madcow “WAS” until now my favorit car detaling Company. 

This time sadly the service from madcow is really bad… 

I made an order 27-03-2022 and stil i havent Got any package from Them yet.

You dont g’et an track and trace so you do not even know if the package has been sent or not.

My Last order also had delivery issues in december 2021, only Got it at last after many messeages.



I have contacted Them on mail “no answer”

I have contacted Them on Facebook “again no answer when your pacage is missing”

I have contacted Tom the owner “answering in the start, never came with an solution, and now he also doesent answer”

Conclusion madcow is no longer what it used to be. so do “NOT” waste your money on Them…

So now im missing an pacage, or an refund on £119.28.
