Much the same as many of the other reviews of this company on another review site. Have had to chase continually since placing order on 2nd May to be met with smart-a*se comments from someone who clearly needs some training in customer service and the treatment of customers. Was told on one occasion (after chasing and not receiving shipping notification) it had been shipped but returned to consignee and on the second occasion was provided DPD details for delivery which when used to track show my order has not even left their warehouse. The "customer service" is atrocious! I can't comment on the quality of the goods as I still haven't received my order!
