I was told not to shop with them anymore for merely asking how long an order was going to be as it was beyond the delayed shipping estimate that they gave on their site.
When emailing to chase, I received this response:
The order was scheduled to be dispatched today; however, due to our prior communication and the ongoing misunderstanding regarding the delays, I have decided to cancel and refund the order. I believe it may be best for both parties to part ways at this time. I encourage you to explore other options.
THE WORSE customer service ive ever experienced, stay clear.
