Six months ago I would rate this application as 5 stars and outstanding, can't live without. Now Ideagen does the Mail Manager Tech Support and it is terrible. I think the change might have an impact on the stability of the software too. Project channels disappear and then appear a week or so later. The disappearance of filing locations is the reason I contacted tech support. The response was a list of 5 questions beginning with what was the date and time this occurred. The list ended with "send the diagnostic log". I'm a user , not an IT expert. This is the worst tech support ever. When you buy software, part of the purchase decision is the quality of the tech support. I feel like this was bait and switch.
Don't buy this software. The tech support doesn't even want to talk to the users.
