We received all of the sauces as a gift for Christmas from a dear friend after a conversation about how much we miss authentic Malaysian food. The taste and the smell was so authentic, we were both in tears - him cause of the spice and me cause it was a feeling at home during unsettling times! We both have our favourite sauces - he likes the sweeter, nuttier satay sauce, while I am a big fan of the signature sauce with a generous side of the fire chilli paste! The packaging is so lovely and Will always leaves a thank you note. I could not recommend Mak Tok any higher! Sambal is life!
