About as painless as you could make buying an appliance. Abe was super fast, it was very easy to setup installation, and we left with a warranty and installation for what we were expecting to pay for the dishwasher only. We had excellent service on our washing machine that we didn’t buy at Marks, so we made it a point to buy our next appliance there. I’m glad we did.
