Kevin Wallace is an asshole who is only interested in his sales commision. His personality & disposition are the worst for a sales person. I asked at the time of my purchase if the delivery & install were include in my price to which he replied yes. When I got home and viewed my invoice I discovered that I was charged an additional $190.00 for the srevice. There is no communication with him once he gets your money. The operating instructions for my washer & dryer are very vauge but, when I called him with questions he didnt have time to talk to me. I only went to Mark's for the personal service & proffesionalism but got neither. I will be purchasing a new refridgerator soon but, it will not be from Mark,s.
