They are scammers you have to be aware!!!, they cancelled my insurance without any justification, and i they replied to me after 2 days via chat saying it's my fault i did not upload documents before the deadline, whilst I have email confirmation from them before the deadline thanking me for uploading all the needed documents and I don't need to do anything else. they then faked an email that was never sent to me saying that we sent this to you 7 days ago whilst the one i recieved was totally different and never mentioned cancellation it only mentioned an increase in price and was from a different person. now they say we can't do anything about it and we logged a complaint for you but nothing is likely to happen and they charged me a £130 cancellation fee and they can't cover me anymore because i had an insurance company cancel on me and put me in a very bad situation. I'd be 100% careful when dealing with these fraud scammers!
