This company has a notorious reputation when it comes to auto-renewals. I’ve been trying to contact them for the past two months to cancel mine, but they only allow communication via live chat. Despite requesting through the chat to stop the auto-renewal after finding a better deal elsewhere, they took no action. Now, whenever I try to reach them again, my chat is immediately closed with the message that a previous conversation is still open. I have no idea how to stop the auto-renewal, and although I’ve taken up a new insurance policy, I’m worried they may still cause issues. I would strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.
