A year ago, a friend of mine took out a car insurance policy. As she didn't have any money on her card, she asked me I paid for it. Ten months later her car broke down and she didn't use it. As a result, they spent the whole day writing all sorts of excuses and told me to find out with the owner of the car. I contacted my friend and she said that she did not order insurance, but the insurance company decided to take money from my card and much more than last year. Why did the price of insurance go up? There were no insurance claims for a year. Anyway, I got some of my money back with difficulty. I spent a lot of time and nerves to get my money back. They refunded me less as they felt I should incur at least administrative costs. The worst company. I would not advise anyone and will avoid it myself.
