I need to update my licence to reflect my new uk licence. Their rules say I have to speak to a consultant but it’s impossible to get hold of anyone real time. They revert, only through the app sporadically. Sometime the same day sometimes not. Never immediately. And never through a recognized channel like email or phone. This is not an organisation that is equipped to deal with people through the app channel alone. It feels like you are dealing with three people running it out of a garage. A poor experience. I will not be reviewing.
