The new coffee mugs are "hand wash only" but it should say "warm water only." They are absolutely awful, the designs come off with just hot water!! It's sad because me and my family use to love Mary Square coffee mugs now we steer clear of Mary Square! I hope you know that going the cheaper route to make your product will quickly ruin your reputation and will continually diminish repeat customers!
