in 2021, I returned to Master Remit after coming back from Juba South Sudan. The system works well with someone like me - tech-savvy. There are times when the receiver has not received money and I would assume it gotta be Master Remit. No no! Usually, it's me not keying in the correct account and or missing phone numbers etc. There will always be difficulties getting a new receiver set up but it is very easy. When sending through the account, the exchange rate is phenomenal. The customer service is very reliable. the team will call you back if they have not answered your call - fantastic.
