After a lot of internet searching I decided I would really like a Matara extruded aluminium work bench and was very excited to order it. I had a few questions/issues with the delivery cost / collection, but ultimately the customer services team were excellent and went out of their way. The construction of the bench didn't go completely smoothly either, but I was very pleased with the willingness and level of effort Matara went to to resolve the problems I had. The work bench is brilliant, I am very pleased. I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone on the team for the assistance and help they provided. I would have no problems ordering from you again, and would definitely recommend for anyone else wanting to order from Matara. I would also like to say, the wrapping and protection on the parcels was amazing, I've never seen anything so good before (it took me 20 minutes to get into each package) I just need to get a nice worktop on it (ordered frame only)
