I placed and order the begining of December 2024 and today is December 21, 2024 and have not received the package. I have been tracking the package for a while and it has been in Orlando, Florida since December 9th. I have emailed a few times and pretty much told I need to wait. Obvously the package was lost in transit. So Zero stars for a product that I have yet to receive. I am very upset and disapointed. At this point if I do receive it and like it, I would be hesitant to reorder. This is the tracking number D10015883611232.
