I no longer blindly trust their pricing - I paid over 90% more for my last order with Medisave than I would have if I had bought from Amazon. I don’t mind paying a little extra out of loyalty to Medisave, but that’s ridiculous! As a previous customer, I naively trusted their website boasting about the price of the product (it was cheaper than Superdrug - true) and saying the price was “NOT a mistake - we are clearing space in our warehouse…buy now whilst stock is available at this special price”. They weren’t the slightest bit sympathetic when I pointed all this out, and were in fact very defensive. I felt like I was dealing with Arthur Daley crossed with Basil Fawlty! I'm sure Medisave customer services look down their noses at cheaper Amazon suppliers and complaining customers, but they should rein in the arrogance and cheap marketing tactics.
