Shocking customer service from this company - I would seriously question the validity of some of the positive comments on here. Recommend you purchase your products elsewhere. Product images are misleading and colours of stethoscopes are not representative of actual colours. Customer Service team are dismissive, patronising and unwilling to offer a solution other than for me to re-sell the stethoscope I was unhappy with on eBay?! I shall be referring the marketing mis-representation to trading standards.
