Still waiting for over 3 months for a pair of shoes, constantly being fobbed off with we have supplier issues, change your supplier or have more than one , stop making the customer suffer because you cannot get your heads around good business ethics your bloody supplier does not pay to keep your business alive. You should go to what ever lengths you need to to satisfy customer orders ,stop hiding behind your lame excuses , I have searched 10 other suppliers of the shoes I am waiting for and they all have them in stock and I can receive them within 2-3 workings days but I’m not letting you get away with a refund honour your contract .
