I ordered 2 bottles of nasal spray, which I received quickly with a few days. I used 1 whole bottle and didn't see a huge difference to when I use sunbeds without the melatonin (I've used injections in the past and have always went a lovely colour)but thought ok, I've got another bottle and I'm aware it takes longer. I took the unopened sealed box out of my bag and noticed the cardboard was all damp and wet. It had all leaked out. I contacted customer services by email assuming they would send me another bottle. They seemed like a good company especially due to all the good reviews. I got an email back straight away saying the following: Hi Lisa We do have a returns policy, I can see that you ordered bag on the 7th of May. I assume that our product arrived in tact, If there was a fault with the product it would have been noticed before now. It's your responsibility to ensure that it's stored properly. I sorry but I cannot offer you a replacement. Saying, "if there was a fault it would have been noticed before now", sounds to me like they are calling me a liar and saying it must have been something I've done. As for it being my responsibility it's stored correctly, I didn't even open the box! I can only assume it was a slow leak considering it didn't happen in transit but I certainly didn't touch it and also did not expect to pay 40 quid for nothing. I didnt even get much colour off the first bottle! Having worked in a customer service role myself my main priority would be to keep the customer happy and not to imply they are lying .... extremely disappointed and going back to my original supplier... tru tan
