So far everything seems perfect on my end apart from 2 minor issues that could be improved/resolved.
First of all, I appreciate the efforts that have been put into translating the website in English and French, and for someone like me who's bilingual in French and English, and with basic German knowledge it's been fairly easy to navigate. However, the translation in French and especially English could be improved (considering that your operation is now international) as they sometimes feel approximative or downright inexistent.
Secondly, I don't know if the blame lies on MemoryPC or on the delivery companies (DHL etc...), but it's not the first time that my address is wrongly filled for romance language countries such as France. The number of the street goes first and the name of the street second (not the other way around like in Germany or the Netherlands). The result is that the parcel cannot be properly processed and delivered as it's not manually read and it's the customer that has to resolve the issue with the provider which can cause some stress considering the nature of the order (expensive hardware). Again, it might be on DHL's side in my case so you might want to disregard that part of the feedback, but otherwise you should make sure they understand that detail when you provide the recipient information.
