The expected delay for the preparation of the product was inaccurate.
And I am still experiencing issues with DHL for the delivery, that should have occured one week ago: no contact with the customer to agree on a delivery date (and times specified as "between 9am and 6pm). Second attempt the next day, again with no agreement of the customer. And then: collection of the product in a collection center located 100 km away from my home, while they have a collection point 2 km away.
