"Mostly good but...." One major flaw, pointed out below. The positive is that their parts selection is big unlike most places who only offer limited selection in hardware. Here I could get most of what I had pre-picked in my research without having to settle for less. Friendly customer service, decent speed in assembly, superb cable management inside. NO bloatware installed as a huge plus! My computer runs smooth and required minimal setup time upon arrival. The bad is that they (at time of writing) will not tell you CL speeds of the RAM sticks and have used a slow CL38 variant in my build. Considering the price I paid, I had expected CL30. I would recommend anyone interested in a MemoryPC to buy RAM separate elsewhere unless they fix this issue. Do not waste money on slow sticks. Overall I am happy and can recommend buying here. Except for the ripoff on the RAM. I admit that one bites my ass, leaving me rather unsatisfied. I would not have bought CL38 for more than the price I can find CL30 at separately. If they fix this issue in the future, I would give 5 stars.
