With the PC everything is fine, I am happy with the PC itself, all the other things I ordered and the shipping aswell + the instructions how to activate all software products. Silly part: The manual how to set up the PC was saved on the PC as a pdf, no hard copy included. Atleast the part of things I should look out for before turning the PC on the first time should be there as a paper copy. Also: The ordering on amazon didnt work at all. I tried to pay by bill: Declined without reason. I tried to pay by direct debit: Denied without reason. So you asked me to add a credit card...which I dont have. So why do you even offer those payment methods on amazon when you are not supporting them? I ordered directly on the website then.
