I ordered a PC at Memory PC, which was sent last week, according to an email I received. I have not received any track&trace information, until today I have not received the PC. After filling in the contact form on the site I have received no reply, not even a confirmation of receipt was sent. I decided to call! The first time that I was "first in line", the connection was broken on Memory PC side. The second time I called it lasted roughly 70 minutes, 45 minutes of these I was "first in line". Then I had to stop the call. I had not anticipated the call to take this long and I had an appointment. The calls, without having any succes, cost me over €17! It is really hard to get in contact with Memory PC, in case of questions or issues. I hope to still receive my PC!
