I recently went to NYU vein clinic because I was having leg pain that I assumed was a vascular issue. They confirmed that I had “chronic vein insufficiency” but did not offer any kind of treatment plan. Confused and frustrated I decided to try Metro Vein clinic as a one final effort type thing! Went in for my first appt today- the entire staff were so kind and informative and actually understood health insurance billing! Dr Mandy was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and comforting. He was equally confused why I wasn’t offered treatment with my ultrasound clearly showing issues. I left my appt with an actual treatment plan scheduled! And even more importantly- I feel confident that I’ll be in good hands for it when I come back in 2 weeks. Can’t wait to get my treatment and so happy I decided to give metro vein clinic a try. It’s unfortunately becoming rare to find good healthcare these days so if you’re looking, I highly recommend going here!
