Cases on the watches are well executed and the leather straps are good quality. Customer service is good. I've bought two watches and both were exactly as advertised and I have enjoyed them. As time has gone on, I find myself wearing them less, since while the dials' designs are great, they are a little harder to read and also the lack of lume on the indices makes them less useful in low light. My desire to wear the watches is also impacted by the fact that as I got more deeply into watches, I realized that while Miyota is a solid workhorse of a movement, at the prices being charged, I could have gotten a higher quality Sellita movement with a similar or higher quality case. Prices have also lowered considerably vs. when I bought the watches, for the same movements, which doesn't make me feel great about my purchase - goes to the value for money point. Just knowing that the movement is OK, but not great, impacts how I view/bond with the watch and I find myself gravitating towards higher quality movements. None of this is the brand's fault - I still think the design of the cases and dials from an aesthetic standpoint are really good (even if a little hard to read). It feels like from a branding standpoint, you've made the decision to cater to the car enthusiast crowd at a lower price point and by shifting to quartz movements - which is probably a smart choice for you from a revenue standpoint. I was an early fan and supporter of this brand, and I still really like your designs, but I am primarily a watch enthusiast and it feels like the decisions you've made are smart from a mass appeal perspective, but have caused me to become more interested in other brands. The watches I bought were at the $800 and $1200 price points - take a look at what Pitzmann (a brand new Korean microbrand), and Monta are offering for similar money. Really too bad, cause I'd buy another watch in a heartbeat if your philsophy/value proposition changed.
Also, you have not presence on YouTube that I have found among the popular VLOGs - don't know if you are trying to get you products talked about there or not, but I find the complete lack of presence there strange.
Long review is to give you honest feedback and perspective to consider as you decide on the direction of your company. You've got great designs that I think should be getting more attention - but I also think you need to start caring more about horology and value for money if you want to appeal to the watch enthusiast market.
Hope this perspective is helpful to you in shaping the direction of your business! Good luck with your company.
