Everything I purchased was adorable. I love the clothing and boots. However this is the hardest time I have ever had in exchanging a boot size for another one. It is a lot of email back and forth and nothing is resolved. Very frustrating and disappointing as I had hoped to continue to order for the girl for year to come. I am now rethinking this.
