This is a scam. Website says check eligibility enter your IEMI number. Then after it showing eligible it asks you to pay $27 to unlock it. Then you receive a notice that it's eligible and you need to pay more to unlock it. The site admin claims that the $27 fee was just to see if it was eligible even the site already showed that it was eligible. Absolute scam and no refunds allowed.
