The ordering and payment process was easy to figure out. When I had any issues or questions the team were quick to respond. Overall, I had a good experience. The only reason I gave a rating of 4/5 is that it is written in multiple places on the website that shipping takes 3-5 days. When I reached out to the team after 7 days had passed I was informed that shipped actually took 11-14 days. I felt the 3-5 day shipping statement written on the website had been misleading. Was more than happy to wait the 11 days for it to arrive but would have preferred that this information had been made clear to me at the time of submitting my order. Despite this I would still use this service again.
