We searched for our preferred coffee beans for a long time before we found Modern Standard. We contacted them about our preferences and they cared enough about a new domestic customer to make very effective suggestions about the coffee we could try from their extensive range. We now have what we regard as the perfect coffees for our individual tastes. We each prefer a different blend but we find both of them good. Even the Decaf seems OK when it is necessary to use it. Our coffee consumption has risen significantly. We now use their tea selections and their drinking chocolate. We believe they really do care about quality, choice and reliability.
