We had a problem with our coffee, which the dedicated staff at Modern Standard Coffee worked hard to help us resolve (including offering exchange packets of coffee in case the beans had changed!). It turned out to be entirely the fault of our coffee machine, which required completely resetting; and nothing to do with the coffee!! Without their help we would have had great difficulty in identifying the real cause and we are hugely grateful for the assistance provided. Our favourite blend of their coffee is back to perfect. As their motto so rightly says - " Great coffee for Everyone".
