Took 450 pounds off me and still doing nothing I made a claim of over £6000 for unpaid locum optometry fees owed to me by an opticians chain. I expected them to help me retrieve monies owed to me for services provided. These guys took 450 pounds off me. They have not helped me recover my money and now advised me to go through the mediation route. Absolutely rubbish,appauling ,disgusting, dishonest service. Please don't use it. They will happily take you're money and in this hard time where I'm struggling to make mortgage payments ,utility Bill's. All they have done is take my money and now I am worse off in debt and struggling to survive. As it was run but gov.uk a government run service I though I could trust. If you want to lose more money then give it to these guys. I will be seeking a refund from them. They just sit and take money off vulnerable peoeple.
