I hate the fact I have to give 1 star! This service is an absolute discrase in every meaning of the word. Nobody answers the phone 99 percent of the time, When you finally get through like I did yesterday (just over an hour wait) i was told 'sorry,wrong department) then put me on hold again. They lost my paperwork twice! The judges have no idea between right and wrong! When you speak to one,they talk in some kind of 10th century language that nobody understands unless your a solicitor! Appalling, discusting,unfit for purpose service! Why don't we have a government to sought this entire mess out. The court is supposed to help us,not make everything worse!
