Martin took the time to answer all my questions prior to me starting a mortgage application, when I finally found a property Martin was on hand to get the application done that evening at 8pm, by the following morning Martin called me to let me know that the mortgage offer had been issued. The estate agent said in her 33 years being an estate agent this was the quickest offer she has ever seen. Would highly recommend Martin, helped me every step of the way to secure my dream home.
