ABSOLUTELY USELESS WHEN YOU NEED THEM - AVOID! Tonight they were happy to leave me, single female in the dark -1 degrees, on the side of the M40 with a tyre blown off, unless I paid £150. I have my car and 3 vans with roadside cover with them. I paid it, despite my already paid up subscription to get help. I then had to be recovered to a garage, they wouldn't do it, unless I paid an additional £150, despite having UK coverage on my subscription, because this was considered 2 call outs. I was 26 miles from home. I'm cancelling and going back to Green Flag, I've used their services for years and they were brilliant, through my bank. Thought I'd try these people, but I was BLOWN AWAY by their SERIOUS LACK OF SERVICE WHEN I ACTUALLY NEEDED IT.
