Broke down on way to bring daughter to a music lesson. By sheer coincidence, we broke down opposite a car garage (this was closed at the time - 6.20pm). When calling 2gether, firstly I was cut off 4 times before finally getting through to someone. After saying they couldn't find our policy etc etc we finally advised that they easily locate us as we were opposite a car repair place. They then proceeded to tell us as part of company policy, they cannot pick us up as we are beside a car repair place!! So if I had said we were at the pub down the road, would they have come out?! Of course, they could offer paid for services, min £125 to bring us round the corner. We said no and paid just under £100 for a local tow service to bring us home.
