What a great purchase. Used it for the first time yesterday and walked around London with our 15-year old toy poodle (approx 5 KG) for over two hours and found the bag to be really comfortable and supportive for my back and shoulders. He was very happy in the compartment as well and it kept him nice and warm. The rucksack was easy to open to let him out once we stopped for food and toilet time. Overall a 5-star buy so really pleased and now looking forwards to our next adventure with him.
