I emailed mountainlifehealth.com 3 times to cancel my order immediately after ordering it. My order was for a family member who is going through cancer, and I read that Turkey Tail mushroom being beneficial to chemotherapy so I ordered it. Turns out she already has a supply of them and didn't want anymore, so I cancelled the order within 30 minutes of ordering it. Emailed again the next day with no response. And two days later an email came and said they have already shipped it. Now what do I do? Ask a cancer patient going through chemo to return the gift because they wouldn't respond to my cancellation email? Horrible service.
