Let me explain the job they have done: It was Tesla wall connector ( charger). They have done a good job however left the cable exposed, even though I requested to covet it with on the day the fixed it. Their excuse was that it was not requested before!! I didn’t not get it at all. You pay £625 for the installation but the cable will be left exposed. For the team : in future if do do this type of job please ask your customer would you like to keep the cable exposed or you want to enclose it? Simple question. For me, I don’t like cable exposed and I would prefer the cable enclosed. Waiting for their kind response, let’s see.
